SYSTEM
It is perfect for people who are interested in traveling Sapporo by bikes to ride by the river, through the city, to the lake, or even to the ocean. Also we support self-guided tours for adventure seekers. If you need drop-off and pick-up services please let us know.
*The rental duration starts from 3 days.
BIKE MODEL
Hybrid Bikes: We have different sizes for people who are 145cm to 180cm tall.

Please bring your ID. (Passport, driving license and etc.)

We will you send you the invoice for the deposit which is the 10% of the total price. The deposit will be applied to the rental price or cancellation charge. The balance must be paid by 14 days prior to the rental by a credit card. If you would like to pay in cash on the day of the rental, please let us know. The tour contract will become valid when Spark Cycling receive the booking form and the deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Days prior to departure / Cancellation Charge
21 days + / Full amount of your deposit
8-20 days / 20% of tour price
2-7 days / 30% of tour price
1 day / 40% of tour price
Departure day / 100% of tour price
RENTAL AGREEMENT
*You are responsible up to 50,000yen for loss, theft or damages of the bicycles.
*We will not be held responsible for loss of life, physical injuries or damage during the rental.
*We can not accept to cancel after you contract to rent bicycles for more than 2 days.

*Depending on the dates and locations, we may offer drop-off and pick-up services for an additional fee. If you're interested, please don't hesitate to inquire.
